We have a quick chat on the phone or WhatsApp to discuss your specific movement problem, pain or injury

You film the movement you’re having a problem with and send it to us

Step 3 – Personalised Feedback
We review your video, assess your movement and send you exercises to perform

After the assessment you’ll know exactly where your movement is breaking down, have exercises to help you start moving better, and have the right strategy in place to get moving again – how much, how often, and what to avoid.
