As a Movement Specialist, I assess your movement – joint by joint, muscle by muscle -and uncover exactly where your movement is breaking down.

We’ll identify the specific movement patterns that cause pain or feel week, and that are contributing to your problem.

Then we’ll help you find new ways of moving that are pain-free and help you rebuild your movement step by step and get back to doing what you love.

Everything we do is specifically geared towards you and your goals.

First we’ll have a quick call to discuss your injury, surgery or pain, what you’ve tried so far, and your movement goals.

Step 2: Movement Assessment

Next we look at how you move, identify the weak links, and uncover the root cause of your pain or injury cycle.

Step 3: Exercise Program

After assessing your movement we’ll create a custom-built exercise program – focused on restoring strength, flexibility and confidence in your movement.

Step 4: Ongoing Coaching

We stay in touch through WhatsApp, keeping you focused, motivated and on track to reach your rehab, movement and fitness goals.
