How To Finally Resolve Long-Term Pain And Injury

Hi, I’m Pete Fry – Movement Specialist – and I’ve been helping people get back to training after injury since 2014.
Being injured is no fun and getting your rehab right is the key to a full recovery.
Unfortunately, many people struggle with long-term pain and repetitive injury for months or years…and this is often due to following the wrong rehab advice!
A frustrating place to be, especially if you have training goals.
The Incomplete Rehab Cycle
Pain is a complex whole-body experience designed to protect us.
When we get injured – either from a single incident or overuse – we usually experience pain.
Pain helps us to protect an injured area, allowing our muscles, tendons, ligaments & bones to heal.
The problem is that after injury our tissues heal but we can still experience pain.
This is what’s known as ‘chronic pain’ and many rehab treatments are focused around reducing pain…SHORT-TERM.
Short-term relief often feels great but can leave you trapped in an endless cycle of training, pain, rehab and rest.
In injury rehab, LONG-TERM success comes from learning to move in ways that don’t cause pain and having a program that helps you avoid flare-ups, set backs and re-injury!
And this is exactly how I can help…
How To Get Back To Moving Pain-Free
Step 1: Movement Assessment

The first step is a Movement Assessment.
We analyse your movement – joint by joint, muscle by muscle – and uncover exactly where your movement is breaking down.
We’ll notice where your body is skilled and strong and where you have hidden movement compensations that are cause you issues!
Step 2: Skill Development

Next we take you through the process of Skill Development.
Here we help you find your best movements that are strong, powerful and pain-free, as well as targeting specific muscles if needed.
Then we create a series of custom-built exercises for you to use as daily practice or part of your warm up to solidify your new skills.
Step 3: Performance Training

Finally we introduce Performance Training.
This is all about testing your best movements against metrics like time, weight, reps, distance etc.
We’ll make sure you’re using your best movements when it matters most – in training, competition and everyday life!
Everything we do is specifically geared towards you and your goals.

Testimonials
Pain-Free Running

“After suffering a cycling accident I developed slight paralysis in my right foot and to be able to continue to run I adapted to running on my toes.
After weeks of seeing Drs and physios I was told it was my achiles and I should stop running.
With Pete’s help I am now back running further, faster and happier than before the accident.
Being pain free is a huge benefit but after being told for months to stop running, Pete was able to find a way for me to run more – and comfortably – proving he is an expert in his field. I would highly recommend his services.“

Lower Back Rehab

“I worked with Pete for three months to address an 8-month-long back injury, and after that time, I no longer experienced any pain.
From the start, Pete identified the root cause of my issues and put a clear plan in place to help me recover.
Throughout our sessions, Pete provided consistent support, offering valuable feedback from training videos and one-on-one coaching to help me build positive training habits.
His expertise and ongoing encouragement were incredibly helpful, and I would highly recommend Pete to anyone looking to take their training to the next level—he’s a true wealth of knowledge!“
